The staff are kind, spacious rooms with beautiful views, free snacks and tea, free shuttle service, traditional Japanese breakfast.

We loved the spacious Japanese style room with a beautiful view of the river and woods. The floor to ceiling windows provided a amazing view of the surroundings. The cleanliness level of the hotel facilities was excellent, and we appreciated the free parking space and shuttle service to the nearby transportation station. The traditional Japanese breakfast served was unique and delicious. We would like to give a shout-out to the friendly staff who were always ready to lend a helping hand.

This hotel truly offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and you can enjoy the attention to detail throughout your stay. The location next to the river provides a beautiful view from the Japanese style rooms, creating a relaxing ambiance. The staff are very attentive and provide excellent service.

Spent the new year in a traditional Japanese hotel. the snowy woods surrounding it were magical. the staff was friendly, and they even gave us a calligraphy class to welcome the new year! There were plenty of free snacks and tea in the spacious Japanese style room. the breakfast was an exceptional traditional Japanese meal. the onsen was great after a cold day playing outside.
If you're not completely sure that you want to spend your new year in a quiet town, away from everything, then you may struggle. the hotel is a bit difficult to find for newcomers and it's not near any convenience stores or supermarkets.

The spacious rooms had a great view of the river and woods. I especially loved the traditional Japanese meals served for breakfast and dinner. Plus, the free shuttle service was convenient for getting around.
The hotel was a bit far from the station and other points of interest. It might be inconvenient for travelers without their own means of transportation.
